Apple is reportedly developing a new AI wearable pin
Apple is working on a compact, AI-powered wearable reportedly about the size of an AirTag, according to The Information. The device is said to include multiple microphones, cameras, and AI capabilities to process contextual information from its surroundings. It’s being co-developed with help from former iPhone designers Imran Chaudhri and Bethany Bongiorno, who both now work at Humane, the startup behind a similar AI pin. While still in early development, the device could launch as early as 2027.
This signals Apple’s ambitions to stake a claim in AI-driven hardware, potentially redefining personal computing and challenging emerging AI wearables.
