Gemini selects top Wall Street banks to lead its IPO
Crypto exchange Gemini has hired Goldman Sachs, Citi, Morgan Stanley, and Cantor Fitzgerald as lead bookrunners for its upcoming IPO. The move signals the company’s intent to go public despite reporting a net loss of $282.5 million in the first half of 2025, with revenue totaling $67.9 million. The IPO would mark one of the most prominent public listings by a U.S.-based crypto firm since Coinbase’s debut in 2021.
This development underscores renewed confidence in crypto markets and could signal increased mainstream investment interest in the sector.
